A Service Bulletin from ADP:


Recently, ADP has been doing a rolled release of new browser security to your machines. ADP has discovered that some Sales Associates are getting a blank white screen when accessing Omedym    through Salesforce and/or not seeing the Robot captcha when previewing a portal. Below is video instruction on how to resolve this. It is a two step process so please watch the video all the way through. It is only 3 minutes.

Delete cookies and history and then relaunch the chrome browser
