Here is a template to help you load Members. Please download the CSV.

Please note that the 2nd row tells you which fields are required.

PLEASE NOTE: When you save your file in Excel - Excel has 2 CSV formats. You must use the one below and NOT the UTF-8 CSV. The correct one is below:
